ZeroForum provides a content archival system. Archiving topics allows them to be stored in seperate database tables designed specifically for older content. Archived topics can be searched for, but are not shown in the topic list when browsing forums. The Archival System allows your site to retain speed as it grows. ZeroForum can be configured to automatically archive threads, keeping your content up to date without administrator intervention.

From the Admin Interface, all properties of a user may be edited. A facility to 'Become a User' is also available. Clicking a link in the interface instantly logs you in as the user; This can expedite resolution of authentication problems.

The Administrative User Search facility allows the Administrator to search for users by many criteria. After searching, many actions can be performed on these users in mass (such as User Delete, User Ban, etc). With these functions, ZeroForum makes it easy to manage your member base.

An unlimited number of Forums and Categories may be defined on your site. Forums store messages and Categories allow you to visually group related sets of Forums together. Forums and Categories are displayed graphically in the Admin Interface, as they would be shown on the main page of your site. Forums have a complete access permission system that dictates which users may access and post, in addition to many other options that allow complete forum customization. The ability for an unlimited number of sub-categories is also provided.

ZeroForum provides a powerful facility to Move, Delete, Archive, and Unarchive threads in mass. This function allows easy management of site content, keeping relevant content where you want it.

ZeroForum allows you to decide which features are enabled on your discussion board. The ability to enable/disable all major board features is available. Hence, you need not confuse your users with more functionality than you wish them to access.
